In 1993, a car accident left me with a back injury that wouldn't heal. I tried everything—physical therapy, conventional medicine, specialists. Nothing lasted. The pain was constant. And I was exhausted from fighting my own body.
Then I discovered acupressure and Jin Shin Jyutsu. Not as a fix; as a conversation with my body. I stopped fighting and started listening.
Within weeks, the pain shifted. My body wasn't broken—it was trying to tell me something. And once I understood the language, everything changed.
That moment became my life's work.

I Stopped Fixing and Started Partnering
For nearly 30 years, I've worked with thousands of people—from toddlers to seniors, from parents to healthcare practitioners.
And every single person taught me the same lesson: Your body is not your enemy.
When someone comes to me overwhelmed, stressed, or in pain, I'm not there to fix them. I'm there to help them remember what their body already knows: how to find balance, how to let go, how to flow.
The body remembers. It remembers balance. It remembers ease. It remembers what wholeness feels like. My job is to help you access that memory.
Every person I work with has taught me that the wisdom isn't in me—it's in them. I'm just holding space for them to find it.
Parents come to me because bedtime is a battle, mornings feel chaotic, and everyone's stressed. They watch their kids learn the Flow—a simple 9-step practice—and within days, something shifts. Bedtime takes 10 minutes instead of an hour. The house feels calmer. And the real shift? The kids learn they can do this themselves. They're not dependent on their parents or me to feel balanced. They have the power.
Teachers and caregivers tell me their classrooms change when kids have tools to self-regulate. A child who used to melt down learns to touch specific points on their body and find calm. Another discovers focus they didn't know they had. Teachers report fewer behavioral issues, more engaged students, and a classroom that breathes differently.
Healthcare practitioners and bodyworkers come to me wanting to offer their clients something they can do at home—a practice that amplifies the work they're already doing. They see their clients get faster, deeper results. And their clients feel empowered, not dependent.
People who've been searching come to me because they know their body holds answers, and they're ready to access them. They try the Flow once and feel something shift in their nervous system. And they know: "this is it. This is how I partner with myself."
Every single person tells me the same thing: I didn't know my body could do this.

I'm a certified Acupressurist and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner. I studied at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley and trained under respected Jin Shin Jyutsu masters. My degrees in sociology and psychology grounded my understanding of the whole person—not just the body—the mind, the emotions, and the spirit.
My real education came from the people I work with.
For nearly 30 years, every session, every classroom, every workshop has taught me something about how the body heals, how people change, and what's actually possible when we stop fighting ourselves and start partnering with ourselves.
I've been honored to receive recognition for this work—including the President's Lifetime Achievement Award, recognition from the California Legislature, and features in major media.
And the award I'm most proud of? The message from a parent who tells me their child now sleeps soundly. Or a teacher who says her classroom is finally peaceful. Or a practitioner who sees their clients transform.
That's the award that matters.
The Daily Clean Your House Flow® started as something I created for my clients—a 9-step self-help acupressure practice they could do at home. It was so effective, so simple, and so accessible that it became the heart of everything I do.
I created an animated video so kids (and kids at heart) would actually want to do it. I wrote books with clear illustrations so families could learn together. I developed programs for schools, workplaces, and healthcare settings because I kept seeing the same thing: when people have a simple tool and permission to use it, they transform.
The Flow teaches your body it's safe to settle. It reminds your nervous system what calm feels like. And it gives you the ability to create that calm whenever you need it.
No equipment. No fancy setup. Just your fingertips and a few minutes.
Because balance isn't something I give you. It's something you already have access to. The Flow is just the key.
When I work with a parent who's exhausted from battles over bedtime, I'm not just helping them sleep better. I'm helping them remember: my body is on my side. My body can help me.
When a teacher sees a student who's been labeled "behavioral" suddenly discover they can regulate themselves, I'm not just fixing a problem. That child is learning: I have the power. I can do this.
When a practitioner sees their clients heal faster and deeper, I'm not just offering a technique. I'm offering something bigger: partnership with the self.
That's what this is about. Teaching you to be a partner with your own body, not an adversary. Helping you remember that you're not broken, your body isn't failing, and the wisdom you need is closer than you think.
It only takes a few minutes a day. It only takes your fingertips. And it works.
That's why I do this. Because I've seen what happens when people remember: my body is wise. My body remembers balance. My body wants to help me.
And once you feel that? Everything changes.
