Easy to use techniques to address a range of health care concerns, including nutrition, laser eye surgery, dentistry, chronic pain, recovery from injuries and surgeries, and physical tension.
An introduction to basic self-help techniques, including acupressure and Jin Shin Jyutsu, to help reduce stress, relieve pain, and promote healing in a variety of areas.

This workshop intertwines the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu with the disciplines of Pilates, yoga, and fitness training to create an increased awareness of energy as it flows through the body.

HEALTH AT YOUR FINGERTIPS WELLNESS WORKSHOP (LEVEL 1)

An in-depth study of the principles of energy balancing and self-help techniques to enhance self-care.  

Utilizing principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu and related exercises, you will learn:

  • How to help your body heal itself
  • Improve your energy level and well-being
  • Decrease stress
  • Decrease tension-related discomfort
  • Increase vitality and personal performance
  • Relieve allergies, fatigue, arthritis, insomnia, headaches, menopausal and PMS symptoms, fibromyalgia, and other discomforts.

 

Length: 8 hours
Presented: 1 day, 2 half days, or 3 days for 2 ½ to 3 hours per session
CEUs available – 10 Continuing Education contact hours

HEALTH AT YOUR FINGERTIPS WELLNESS WORKSHOP (LEVEL 2)

Take your study of energy balancing to a whole new level!

You will discover:

  • A deeper understanding of how the body’s energy pathways function
  • How to “listen” to the energy and how to balance the flow of energy
  • Why Jin Shin Jyutsu and acupressure work
  • How to make positive changes in your body – physically, mentally, and emotionally

 

Health care providers:
You will learn techniques that will complement what you already offer your clients.

Prerequisite: Level 1
Workshop Length: 6 hours
Presented: 1 day or 2 days for 3 hours per session
CEUs available – 8 Continuing Education contact hours

HEALTH AT YOUR FINGERTIPS MASTERY PROGRAM

Once you have the basics of Level 1 and the expanded knowledge from Level 2, delve into the intricacies of the energy body in the 30-hour Mastery Program.

Utilize this information for self-care and for the work you do with your clients.

You will unravel the mysteries of the body as you increase your skills as an “energy detective” and add a new dimension to your work.

With this knowledge, you will be able to:

  • Determine what is going on in your or your client’s body
  • Discover how to let go of symptoms and help the body heal
  • Learn how your energy moves in your organs.  (Gain detailed information about the body’s systems and organs)
  • Learn how to “read your body’s messages” and help it let go of old unhealthy patterns
  • Discover balance through this new expanded awareness of your body – physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.

 

Prerequisite: Level 1 and Level 2 Workshops
Length: 30hours
Presented: 1 full day and 1 half-day per month for 3 months
CEUs available – 36 Continuing Education contact hours
